STEP 1: Set Up One-On-One Meeting
Sign
up for a time to meet with Jim. Use the online
form to register your request in the ETR database
system.

STEP 2: Take Surveys
Complete
the two online surveys below PRIOR to your meeting with Jim. You can login to take these two surveys with your 6-digit Performance Profile username (e.g. jps456) and password.
1) Technology Needs/Interest Inventory
2) Technology Skills Self-Assessment

STEP 3: Meet With Jim
Meet
individually with Jim and complete the Initial
Technology Plan. Don't forget to take the two
initial surveys linked above and remember to bring
your BTSA binder with you to the meeting!

4: Take Online Class #1
Take the Data Driven Decision Making Using Performance Profile online Moodle class. You can access this class using your 6-digit Performance Profile username (e.g. jps456) and password. Please use the enrollment key provided to you by Jim at the orientation meeting.

Reflect on your technology skill
proficiency in relation to the BTSA 16 standard using
an online form. Your portfolio can be accessed by
entering your 6-digit Performance Profile username

Implement an Edusoft test with
your students. Include the data analysis report in
your BTSA binder. |

form." Download this dynamic .pdf document and
type your responses directly into the form. Then, print
out a hard (paper) copy and place it in your BTSA binder.
Have your support provider sign off in the designated
area.
